A 35-year-old Waukesha man is facing federal charges alleging he and  five other men were involved with the theft of truckloads of Nike shoes,  Pepsi, Chex Mix, fruit snacks, antifreeze, ice melter, chocolate and  other items transported to Michigan, Illinois and Indiana for a total  value of $1.3 million, according to a news release from the U.S.  Department of Justice.
Jeffrey Meyers was indicted one count of conspiracy to transport  stolen vehicles and other stolen property in interstate commerce and two  counts of theft. He faces up to 25 years in prison and maximum fines of  $750,000 if convicted.
